Who we are

Hospitality on the ground, software built to match.

Zeta exists because software for hospitality is usually built by people who've never run a front desk. Zeta is built by someone who builds AI and software for a living, shaped by real operational experience — not guesswork.

Abdul Salam

Founder, Zeta Labs

Educated across Saudi Arabia and India — B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science.

Abdul Salam's dream was always to build a company of his own. That dream became Zeta Labs — a company built to help businesses around the world run better, starting with the hospitality industry he saw up close, and building the AI and software to match.

Zeta Labs

Zeta Labs builds software and AI to help businesses run better — starting with hotels, restaurants, workforces, and events, and built from real operational experience, not guesswork. The mission is simple: help businesses, wherever they are, run on something better than spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
